Ramtech Refrigeration utilizes experience of more than a decade of operation and automation of large refrigeration plants into Ice plant automation. This offers trouble free operation, power saving, tried and tested Ice plant automation. By just press of a “START” button of control panel, agitator starts, loads and unloads compressor pistons, throttling of suction valve. The automation ensures compressor receives vapor and avoids liquid ammonia into compressor which is a major cause of compressor damage.
Automation eliminates requirement of skilled technicians round the clock. The maintenance costs of compressor repair due to liquid flooding into suction is eliminated and keeps the compressor trouble free and efficient for long. The payback period is less than 12 months.
The control panel is equipped with Industrial grade PLC panel for automated operation. Additional safely / flexibility is operation in manual mode until our service engineer is required to attend site.
